The Best Chocolate Cake Recipe Ever!!

The following chocolate cake recipe was given to me by one of my friends and I think that it can be voted as the best chocolate cake recipe ever!!

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Half cup flour
Half cup cocoa
Half cup hot milk
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Beat eggs until light and frothy
Add sugar a little at a time and beat until thick and pale
Sift flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder into the egg mixture and carefully fold in
Melt butter in the hot milk, add vanilla and then add mix into a batter

Grease a square or round tin
Pour batter in
Bake on 180 degrees for 30-40 mins

Icing
1 small tin Nestle cream
1 plain chocolate (cadburys milk)

Heat cream (don’t boil too fast), and add chocolate. Once melted, remove from heat and spread on cake.
You can sprinkle with chocolate shavings or enjoy it just with icing
