Tom Venuto, a well-known fat loss expert, natural bodybuilder, and personal trainer has created an ebook that explains exactly what exercises burn the most fat and how to use proper nutrition to support your goals. For example, he explains the twelve worst foods you should never eat as well as the twelve best foods you should eat all the time.
What exercises burn the most fat? Well, Tom describes Hanging leg raises, Hanging knee ups (bent-knee leg raises), Weighted swiss ball crunches (or weighted cable crunches), incline bench reverse crunches combined with instructions on how to use cardio for maxium fat-burning.
Tom suggests that you avoid trend-hopping and pay close attention to what actually works, by listening to people who know what they are talking about (such as bodybuilders, who are the leanest muscular athletes in the world). Doing nothing but cardio is a mistake. But cutting our cardio completely is also a mistake.
Most people who are struggling with fat loss (sometimes referred to as “endomorph” body type) are simply not burning enough calories to get the results they want. The answer for them is more activity to burn more calories.
Venuto asserts that his ebook is not a “weight loss” program, but that it’s a “fat” loss program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first. However, in the the first three chapters, Venuto makes a convincing case that pursuing “weight loss” is not only the wrong goal, but it may be the reason that many people fail to reach and maintain your ideal body weight.
Speaking of semantics, this guy, Chris just turned 40 and man, talk about ironic! The whole old/young fat/thin thing it’s kind of weird (in a good way). Chris’s story at http://www.moredetails.info/BurnTheFatReview.htm isn’t really all that funny, but it is interesting.
