The reason more and more people are canceling their gym memberships is because they are not seeing any results. The reason they are not seeing any results is because exercise alone will not allow you to lose your body fat. By exercising alone, all you are doing is burning the fat and calorie intake you took in that day. You need to diet with your exercise so you body will start to burn away its stored fat.

The most important thing to remember is this. You will lose body fat by dieting and not exercising. You will not lose your body fat by exercising and not dieting.
